Instructions
- Wash the chopped kochur Phul, boil and drain the water.
- In a hot frying pan pour oil, add panch foron and red chilli stir well and add the boiled kochur phul. Fry it well. Add salt and turmeric powder
and cover it for 10 min. Put the total mixture in a bowl. - Again in the frying pan pour oil. Then add onion-ginger garlic paste and fry it well. Now add the mixture again into the frying pan. stir well for 5 min.
- don’t forget to add sweet and garam masala. The kochur phul preparation is ready to eat with rice.
