Instructions

  1. Make a paste of ginger,tomato, green chilli in the mixer grinder. mutton-kosha 1 prep

  2. Clean the mutton properly with running water and marinate with turmeric powder,salt(1 tablespoon) in a mixing bowl. Keep it aside. mutton kosha 2

  3. Take a kadai and fry the potato properly. potato fry

4.Then take a kadai , heat it and pour mustard oil in it and add onion, garlic. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir it well for 2 minute . onion

  1. Now add the marinated mutton into it and stir well for 5 minutes and cover it for 5 minutes. kosha 5

  2. Now Open the cover and stir again and do the same process until it becomes dried and brown.

  3. Now add the ginger tomato paste into it, stir well and cover for 7 minutes.

  4. Now open the cover and add cumin powder and 1/2 tablespoon black pepper(optional). Stir well and cover again for 5 minutes.
  5. At last add water and salt (1 tablespoon)and then pour it into a pressure cooker and cook it till 6 or 7 whistle.

  6. Serve with hot rice or roti.
