Keep it aside. Take a frying pan and fry the head fish properly. Then take a kadai , heat it and pour mustard oil in it and add cardamom, cinnamon, dried chilli.Then add onion and green chilli.Stir it well for 1 minute. Now add potato,salt(1 tablespoon)and stir well and cover for 5 minutes. Now Open the cover and add cumin powder,ginger paste and stir well for 3 minutes.Now add fried fish head,tomato and stir well and again cover it for 5 minutes. Open the cover,add rice to it and stir it well for 5 minutes and pour water to it.Cover it for 5 to 7 min. 7. At last open the cover, add ghee and stir it well. 8. Serve with hot rice.
