1. Take a big mixing bowl add water, salt, sugar, yeast, oil, 2 cups of flour and mix it thoroughly. Now cover it with a damp cloth for 2 hours in a warm place. After 2 hours, gradually add about 4 cups flour, knead it until it will become a smooth dough.
  2. Place dough in a greased bowl, and turn several times to coat it with oil. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise until doubled.
  3. When its doubled in size Punch down the dough, let it rest a few minutes. Divide dough into 2 equal parts. Shape into loaves, and place in 2 greased loaf or bread pans. Let rise until almost doubled.
  4. Bake at 350° F/175°C for 20 - 25 minutes.
  5. Let it cool and cut as u like. Serve fresh.
