Instructions
- Chop cabbage(finely) and Ggrate the carrots. Take a bowl put cabbage, carrot, chopped onion -2, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chilli, salt. Mix it all then add some flour and make dough like (pakora) if requires then add some more flour in it.
- Heat a pan for deep frying. After heating up the oil make small balls with the mixture and fry all. Till it takes golden brown color, keep it aside.
- Take a wok put some refined oil in it. Then add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, chopped onion saute it. Then add 2cups of water bring it to boil. Add some salt and sugar.
- Now mix tomato sauce, chilli sauce, white vinegar and soya sauce in a bowl and pour it in the pan cook it for a while. Add all balls. Then mix the corn flour in water and pour it in the pan.let it to be thick.
- Remove it from the fire and serve.(you can add some capsicum n spring onion also in the gravy).
