##Instructions:
- Heat up a pressure cooker, pour butter along with 1 tsp of refined oil to prevent the butter from burning. Add all whole spices let them crackle, then add chopped onion cook till translucent.
- Now add chopped ginger and garlic and green chilies, saute for 5 minutes.
- Add in tomatoes cook it till the tomatoes become soft and mushy. Now, add turmeric powder, sugar, and salt to taste mix it, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Now, add in the mutton pieces and give it a good mix. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-high flame and stir occasionally.
- After 8-10 minutes, add in carrots and potatoes and mix, cook for another 8 minutes,
- then pour 4-5 cups of warm water, stir well and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
- Give it approx. 5-8 whistles on medium flame.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or enjoy it like a soup.
***Whistles depend on the quality of your mutton it can be less than 5-8 or more than 8 too. Always check before serving.
