In a pan heat, 1-2 tsp refined oil add boiled mashed potato in it.
Saute for 5-8 minutes. Then add Imli chutney, pav bhaji masala, salt (you can add green chillies or red chilli powder for more spice) and mix it well and cook it for about 8-10 minutes or till the mixture starts coming all together in one place.
Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, bhujia in the potato mixture, and give it a quick mix. Now, as the mixture is ready keep aside to cool it.
Cut all the pavs horizontally form the middle and apply imli / tamarind chutney both sides of the pav.
Stuff sum of the cooled potato mixture in it.and lightly grill the pav in some hot oil in a pan for just 4-5 minutes both sides.
After grilling it take out all the pavs and stick some bhujia , coriander leaves and onion on the sides. All set for serving. Enjoy!
