Instructions
- Wash the loti well and boil it for 4 minutes
- Make a paste of mustard, poppy seeds, and raw chili.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry black cumin and dried chili.
- Stir in the mustard poppy seeds paste, season with salt, turmeric, and sugar.
- keep stirring until the oil comes up, add the steamed loti.
- Mix it well with the spices and cover it with an adequate amount of water and cook over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Now open the lid and turn off the gas after stirring a little.
- Kachur Lati with mustard and poppy is ready.
