1. Put all chicken in bowl.Add garlic-ginger paste, green chilli red chilli powder,cumin,Coriander Garam masala , salt,food colour,lemon juice and the melted ghee and coat the chicken pieces nicely Cover it.Let it marinate at room temperature for about 3 hours.
  2. Take a kadhai and pour oil for deep frying.Let it hot.Then add marinade chicken pieces in the oil and fry till it becomes golden brown.(Try to fry it on high flame so that it not soak oil.) Serve it with Pudina Dahi chutney,onion,and wedges of lemon.
