Instructions:
- Wash the chicken in luke-warm water properly.
- Chicken needs to be well mixed and marinated with curd, turmeric powder, cumin powder, dry chilly powder, coriander powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and chopped onion. Keep it covered for 30 minutes.
- Fry the chopped potato for 10 minutes.
- Then you have to take a pan and heat it with oil. Add cinnamon, bay leaves, chopped onions, 2 small sized chopped tomato, salt to taste one by one into the oil for 5 minutes.
- When all the ingredients are well fried, add the marinated chicken into the pan.
- Chicken should be cooked well until boiled and mix salt to taste and pour 8 cup water. It takes about 30 minutes.
- Finally put ½ Tablespoon garam-masala.
- Serve hot and spicy murga with rice or bread.
