INGREDIENTS: Crab - 4 (medium size) Butter - 1 cup Olive oil - 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic - 5 tbsp Crushed black pepper - 4 tbsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt to taste (Note:we'r using salted butter) Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp METHOD: Clean and wash the crabs,keep aside. Take a pan heat olive oil on slow flame then add butter let it melt.Now add garlic,black pepper saute it for 5 minutes then,add crabs,salt,sugar,cover it and cook for 15-20 minutes.Plate it on a serving dish and sprinkle coriander leaves.Serve hot.
