Spicy Pomfret
- Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except pomfret pieces, make a paste out of it and apply it all over the fish pieces. Keep aside for at least 3-4 hours.
- Now take a non-stick pan add 4 tbsp oil let it hot then add fish. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
- Fry till it’s properly cooked and golden brown outside.
- Take out the pan and pour some lemon juice over it, serve hot with onions.
