Orange Cake

  1. Preheat your oven at 350F or 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour the baking tray.
  3. Take a large bowl add sugar,egg,orange extract,milk,butter,orange juice and give it a good mix.
  4. Now sift flour and baking powder in a bowl.Then add dry ingredients slowly in wet ingredients and mix it well.
  5. Now add orange zest and give it a final mix.Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake it for 30-40 minutes or until the cake tests done with a toothpick.
  6. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely and serve.
