1. Take a bowl add cornflour,flour,1/4 tsp salt,red chili powder and make a (pakora consistency) paste with the help of water.Now heat refined oil in a pan for deep frying.Now coat prawn one by one in the batter and fry till golden brown.Then drain them all in a kitchen towel.Keep aside.
  2. Take another pan heat 5 tbsp oil in the pan add curry leaves,onion saute it for 2 minutes add minced garlic and ginger saute it till the raw flavor of ginger-garlic gone.then add capsicum,green chili and salt as per your taste and cook it with a lid for 4-5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes add fried prawns,garam masala,tomato sauce,chili sauce,vinegar and give it a mix.Cook it for 5-8 minutes.Serve hot.
