Instructions:

  1. Clean the chicken properly with running water and marinate with turmeric powder, salt (3 tablespoon) in a mixing bowl. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

  1. Take a frying pan and fry the potato with little salt until it becomes brown. aloo fry Then take a kadai, heat it and pour mustard oil in it and put the marinated chicken. Fry the chicken for 7 minutes. Now add onion and garlic and stir it well. Then cover it for 5 minutes. chicken and onion
  2. Now open the cover and add ginger paste with kashmiri red chilli. Stir well and cover for 5 minutes. chicken garlic
  3. Again open the cover and add green chilli, tomato. Add salt (1 tablespoon), stir well and cover for 5 minutes. chicken and chili

  4. Now Open the cover and add fried potatoes, cumin powder, black pepper to it. Stir well and again cover it for 5 minutes. added aloo with chicken

  5. At last, open the cover and pour hot water (refer amount) into it and stir well for 2 minutes.

  6. Serve with hot rice or roti in lunch/Dinner.
