Instructions:

  1. Take a bowl add chicken wings,salt,black pepper,ginger-garlic paste,onion powder,garlic powder,vinegar and marinate it well.Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  2. Take cornflour on a plate.Season it with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/3 tsp of pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.Now Coat the chicken wings well in cornflour and drop it in hot oil on medium fire one by one.When it become crispy and golden brown drain it on a kitchen towel.Serve it hot with your choice of sauce and fries.
