1. Take a bowl add chicken strips,Oregano,salt,black pepper,ginger-garlic paste,onion powder,garlic powder,vinegar and marinate it well.Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  2. Take cornflour on a plate.Season it with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/3 tsp of pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.Now Coat the chicken strips well in cornflour and drop it in hot oil on medium fire one by one. Don’t overcrowd the pan fry 5-6 at a time.When it become golden brown drain it on a kitchen towel.Serve it hot with your choice of sauce.
    • You can sprinkle some chicken seasoning over it.
