As a profession I’m an Assistant Professor. I didn’t get a chance to cook yummy recipes due to lack of time. But I always had a desire of cooking.
In last few days during this lockdown due to the pandemic,I got the chance to serve the soulful and yummy recipes in lunch and Dinner table on my husband’s request 😊😋
I am a nonvegetarian as well as bengali, so I always try to find out the nonvegetarian recipies and make a blend of taste and smell into it adding some own ideas. Being a working women I always feel shortage of time hence try to focus on making recipies in faster way. Anyway one thing I realise during cooking that if you have a idea of spices and when to add it to the main content then it will be yummy. Obviously other things also matter like how many time you have to boil or fry etc. It’s a great happiness when someone appreciate my recipe and says”It’s Yummy”. So,I’m trying to share yummy and tasty recipes very soon with my new cooking experiment in my kitchen 😋.
