Cooking is at once child’s play and adult joy as well as cooking done with care is an act of love.
I am a biologist by profession while a Bengali culinary enthusiast by heart. As an avid traveller, I have been introduced to various cuisines of different parts of India. In my free time, I attempt to cook various recipes and gradually try to make it perfect shaping in my own way.My preliminary cooking lessons were from my mom and gradually starting from Tea I have tried many recipes like Biryani, Pasta, Poha and some tandoor items.
I had my fair share of failures but gradually gave it perfection adding my own touch of taste and bit of modifications providing a healthy outcome. As a part of RecipeSocially, I would like to share my recipes which are tasty and healthy at the same time; although pretty easy to prepare at home.
