Instructions:

  1. In a hot frying pan, pour oil heat it then add chopped capsicum, onion, salt and fry well.
  2. Add all the eggs breaking the shells. Stir very well to avoid sticking.
  3. finally add the chopped tomatoes and stir until the water comes out and evaporates. Add black pepper in between.

    Delicious nice smelled egg bhujiya is ready to eat with rice/ chapati.
