Instructions :

  1. Wash the chicken well and boil for 4 to 5 mins. Take out the chicken pieces from the stock and keep aside to cool. After few mins cut the chicken into small pieces.

  2. Make a paste with cashews, poppy seeds and curd. Make another paste with turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and keep aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, cinnamon and onion and fry till brown, add ginger-garlic paste and fry till raw smell out.

  4. Now add tomato (make it paste) and fry until the oil comes up.

  5. Add the paste of cumin, chilli, coriander and turmeric and fry it. Add salt according to taste.

  6. Now flame the oven medium and add chicken and mix all spices thoroughly. After some time add the mixer of cashews, poppy seeds and curd and mix well.

  7. Add one cup of water and cover it with lid, wait for 5 mins.

  8. Now add 1/2 tbsp garam masala make it well mixed and add butter, kasuri methi and coriander leaves (optional).

  9. At last cut 2 hard boiled eggs into small pieces and add to chicken. Enjoy with rice, roti or paratha.
